OT: MRI tactics

Hi ,

When I take ativan I feel the effects within 45 minutes.

I wonder if you could put a bit of lavender or other oil on the washcloth as

well. And then pretend you're on vacation. At times like these I remind

myself that I have an opportunity to relax while others have to do the work.

Is an MRU noisy? If so perhaps you could use ear plugs or mini-headphones.

I believe Jann has gone out of town, but I know she'll be rooting for you.

best wishes,

B.

Hi Jann:

Thank you for those suggestions I am sitting here

right now dreading this test, I know it sounds

ridiculous but the last MRI I panicked and I pressed

the button for the technician, she left the room and

so I freaked. I will ask for the wash cloth and see if

they allow that and hope that it will help. I am

definitely taking the Adivan to relax me. Out of

curiosity how long before the test should I take the

pill? I am getting my son to drive me so I doubt he is

going to want to massage my feet. lol But the idea

sounds wonderful. Thanks so very much for the advice,

this is very much appreciated. I will write again

after the test to let you know how it went.

Kind Regards,
