I wonder if you could put a bit of lavender or other oil on the washcloth as well. And then pretend you're on vacation. At times like these I remind myself that I have an opportunity to relax while others have to do the work. Is an MRU noisy? If so perhaps you could use ear plugs or mini-headphones. I will ask for the wash cloth and see if they allow that and hope that it will help. I am definitely taking the Adivan to relax me. Out of curiosity how long before the test should I take the pill? I am getting my son to drive me so I doubt he is going to want to massage my feet. lol But the idea sounds wonderful. Thanks so very much for the advice, this is very much appreciated.
