Guest guest
Hi Group, i have been on LDN for 1.5months with positive results. i am a little bit confused of accuracy of my liquid dosage. i am currently dissolving 50mg Revia with 50ml distilled and drawing 4.5mg each night. i understand the Revia tablet is not PURE naltrexone therefore, in effect, i am not taking exactly 4.5mg as supposed to those compounded using pure naltrexone powder. does it mean i can actually up my dosage to maybe 5 or 6mg to achieve the capsule equivalent of 4.5mg? i know it would be better to get it in capsule form for dosage consistency but i could not get a prescription yet as i am from asia. any advice on how to better adjust my liquid dosage is most appreciated. i am taking LDN for Sjogren type symptoms. Guest guest
Hi You ARE getting 50 mg of Naltrexone in each tablet. If you weighed the tablet on a very sensitive scale you would find that it actually weighs more than 50 mg due of the inactive ingredients composing the tablet, but the amount of Naltrexone in each tablet is 50 mg. Guest guest
50 MG tablets of ReVia have 50 MG of Naltrexone, the tablet is probably 300 MG total, when dissolved in water there's still 50 ML of naltrexone, and measuring out 4.5 ml, if it's mixed well, should yield 4.5 MG of naltrexone each time.
