Guest guest
Stella what are you taking...3.0mg or 4.5mg of LDN? What time of the night do you take your LDN?
Guest guest
Hi Stella, I was on ldn for about 4 mos. when I was ready to quit....but I stuck with it and asked my pharmicist to use Dr. Bahari's original recipe...lol......Dr Bahari takes ldn every day and he uses lactose filler and a friend, who is his patirnt, also uses lactose filler. I had this stiffness on calcium consetrate, so I didn't think it was the filler (just my opinion) and so I have been on the LDN w/lactose filler the last two months. I am doing much better....now I live my ldn again........That's not to say that I don't have some bad days, because the MS is still there. I've had it for 30+ yrs......but I do believe that the progression has stopped. I don't think you are progressing on LDN, Stella...just having some bad MS days....Solution?....Change doseage, filler, or stay where you are and ride it out. If you are on 3mg, then try 4.0 or 4.5.....if on 4.5 try 3mg, and maybe try the orig formula from Dr. Bahari.
