Guest guest
Our 4 yr old autistic son needs a few dental filings and we have been advised to use IV Sedation. Pls advise personal experiences that people have gone thru with their autistic kids in pediatric dentists offices. Is it relatively safe to have this procedure done in the Pediatric offices with an Anesthesiologist giving IV sedation? I have heard that it is better to get the dental filings done with IV sedation in hospitals that have dental clinics, since they have good emergency facilities. Pls advise some good hospitals with dental clinics in the Washington DC Area that people have used. Regards, Sandeep
