Try the soap trick and see if that is helpful for the spasms.

I'm going to try that tonight. I think that the

tightness/spasticity in my thighs contributes to the

" pins and needles " in my feet. It is difficult to

describe to others what I'm feeling. Sometimes my

lower legs and feet seem to radiate, like a tuning

fork. Sometimes it feels like a constant shiver,

except it's internal. This is such a strange illness.

I miss the early days when all I felt was the odd

electrified spider webs or the occasional cell phone

vibration in my foot! Those were just annoying and

passed quickly.
