Nitrates???

Hello, all-

I having been taking LDN since May 2003 and have been slowly improving.

After changing fillers from lactose to cc to liquid, I thought I

finally found my answer. But now I am having extremely bad neuropathy

and numbness has increased tremendously up my legs. But I am not sure

if it's the LDN or nitrates. I seem to always have a bad relapse when I

eat any kind of nitrate (especially hot dogs). I usually don't eat them

anymore but I recently had one at a party because I was starving. Has

anyone else out there had any similar experiences??? I just can't

believe a single hot dog can do this to a person, but it's the only

connection I can find for my relapses over the past 4 years of my

diagnosis. Not that I am symptom free when I avoid them, but I

definitely feel a little better, can't wear normal shoes yet though.

Only slides, otherwise my feet feel like they are being crushed. Can't

wear socks either.

Also, anyone ever had IVIG treatments??? Did it help?? I heard it can

help with neuropathy.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
