LDN in liquide form

Hi,

I'm doing the liquide form and it's real easy.

Here's what I use:

1 - de-mineralized water or distilled water

2 - get a colored (brown) bottle that has ml measurments on it.

3 - a seringe with a large guage needle. I found my needle that

comes in those ink refill kits for printers,

they have no points

4 - a pill crusher or snak bag ziplock and a rolling pin. I use the

50mg ReVia pills

5 - crush the pill. Either use a pill crusher or put it in a

ziplock bag and use the rolling pin to

crush the pill real fine.

The problem with this last method is that you loose some of the

pill when you transfer to the bottle.

6 - you put all the 50mg of crushed ReVia pill into the bottle and

add 50ml of water.

50mg = 50ml

7 - You keep the bottke in the refrigerator

8 - You must shake the bottle before each use.

9 - Just measure 3mg (that's my dosage) using the seringe and shoot

the solution into your mouth.

I don't find the taste bad. s a bit bitter but nothing drastic.
