Hi Sally, I do not take Provegil but a good friend of mine does. I remember her telling me that her doc reccomended she go off it every so often because its effectiveness wears out after awhile. I don't remember if she had to be weaned off but you better ask.

I guess the LDN is not giving you more energy?

A woman in my MS yoga class was taking her LDN at 11pm, I told her to try 9 because that is what Dr. B told me. She tried and said it helped her fatigue the next day. She could not believe it. Try it, you never know. Kiki

I have taken provigil at the 200mg level with no effect. Went to 400 mg

once per day, which seemed to help. I weight about 165 and am 5 ft 11

inches tall. This is the second medication I have been on. The first

didn't work at all. I still hope to try LDN in near future.
