Guest guest Posted September 25, 2006 Report Share Posted September 25, 2006 Thanks and Mr. Glycine ;-) I agree that many of the PB doses seem low compared to what I use, but so did many of the ION recommendations too--except for the glycine. I won't be aiming for 4000 mg. But I am wondering Mark, even if I don't see anything good from the DMG, should I stick with it anyway? I ask because I remember a recent post of yours discussing removing toxins (not metals) and how glycine may be implicated. If I do end up using it simply for that reason, would a higher range dosage be a good idea or would small amounts be enough to get that job done?
