Guest guest
I think your progress so far is great, but please don't think that is a good as it gets. From what I understand it takes a full year to receive the maximum benefits from LDN, so keep going and I think you will see even better progress. I've been on LDN for a year and four months and I'm feeling better and different (sometimes weaker, sometimes stronger) all the time. All in all my good days ALWAYS outweight by bad and I can say I've had amazing symptom relief. Even though not everybody does have as much progress as what I've had, I think there is good hope for you if you've already seen changes. Keep up the LDN!! Chrisie [low dose naltrexone] Just how much can LDN help? Hi,Ive had progressive MS for 5 years, each year i have oral steriods (methyalprednislone ) , im only 22 years old.main symptons are: weakness in legs when walking/.standing- can walk for 5 minutes before needing a rest, when i first get up i have stiffnes in my legs for a few seconds, bladder frequency and urgency- every 60-90 minutes,i started LDN a few nights ago, and it has helped. i dont need the toilet as often, not gettin up as much at night, for the toilet. less stiffness when standing, generally more strength in my legs.Is it possible for me to get even more better over time? or is this as good as it gets?i am happy so far with whats happening, but would love it if it improved more.thanks
Guest guest
Thanks Chrisie thats great. i understand it varies with people, but is it possible to make a recovery so that my legs were as good as they were 5 years ago? Is there any things i should be doing/not doing now im on LDN? Ive changed my diet, and have NO dairy, red meat, fatty foods. Anything else i should not have? im confused about soya? as i read somewhere i shouldnt have any? if this is true, where do i get calcium from? Thank you for this inspiration > > I think your progress so far is great, but please don't think that is a good as it gets. Guest guest
Reply about ms improvement besides ldn. My 2 major non-drug things... weekly B12 injection & glyconutrients. Many other vitamins. I've never done crab drugs & have kept my ms in remission for over 7yrs. Lorna > > I think your progress so far is great, but please don't think that is a good as it gets. If you have access, Pool therapy, a swimming and water routine that can keep your leg muscles strong and this may also help with balance. A sugar free, gluten free, dairy free diet, anti-fungal supplements like probiotics, Oile of Oregano, Olive Leaf Extract, Garlic high in Allicin, Caprylic Acid. Any exercise or physical therapy can compliment LDN. Massage therapy or acupuncture. At least have a diet of 70% ORGANIC foods and eat more raw foods than cooked foods. Get a convection oven, unplug the microwave and never use it agan. All these things combined can help your body stay strong but no one, not even Dr. Bihari can tell you if LDN will improve your legs to the way they were. Guest guest
Hi Adam, Congratulations on being a quick responder. Everyone is an individual and we cannot determine how your body will react, but to answer your question, it is definitely possible you may be seeing even more improvements as time goes by. Good for you for giving LDN a try. It has been quite the miracle for many people. Aletha [low dose naltrexone] Just how much can LDN help?
