I've felt much better until this morning, when my right leg went into a terrible spasm. Both legs have been burning all day.1. Has anyone else experienced an exacerbation of symptoms while getting used to the lower dose or LDN in general? If so, how long is considered "normal?"2. Any suggestions for relieving the spasms during and any preventative suggestions?3. And finally, last night I took the LDN at midnight, instead of the usual 9:30. Could that make a difference?Thank you.
