Anyone new to LDN with MS, should check out the following links. Dr. Bob Lawrence is a medical doctor in the UK. He has MS himself.

Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Spasticity

I started 10 days ago taking 4.5 mg, but changed to 3 six days ago due to increased spasticity. I've felt much better until this morning, when my right leg went into a terrible spasm. Both legs have been burning all day.1. Has anyone else experienced an exacerbation of symptoms while getting used to the lower dose or LDN in general? If so, how long is considered "normal?"2. Any suggestions for relieving the spasms during and any preventative suggestions?3. And finally, last night I took the LDN at midnight, instead of the usual 9:30. Could that make a difference?Thank you.
