You all are such a nice, warm group. Thanks to everyone for all the

replies regarding insominia.

I am trying LDN for CFIDS. I am debilitated and can barely function

at all. My question is... is anyone else taking LDN for CFIDS with

the debilitating Flu-like sickness(severe headaches, sore throat,

etc.)???

If so, is it helping or working with your CFIDS?
