Guest guest
From my experience so far, each time I increase my ldn amount my sleep returns to very poor. Is this the norm & does anyone know why? Lorna
Guest guest
Try taking LDN at different times to experiment. 9PM to 10pm and so on. Sleep issues should subside after a while. Melatonin, Valerian and 5-HTP are sleep aids you can use with LDN. Start with small doses. Art -- > > > Really want to continue this ldn for my ms. Guest guest
Hi Lorna! I had terrible trouble sleeping for a couple of months, before it subsided. I took Benadryl or Tylenol PM to help me sleep, until then. Hang in there! > > > Really want to continue this ldn for my ms.
