Does anyone know about this ----- Original Message ----- From: < onelist> Hi from Canada, I'm not totally sure what med you are referring to, but might it be cytotec or zofran? These are both aniemetics that are quite good. I take cytotec. The only thing to watch is diarrhea with this one. I never experienced it, but others have. they say it goes away within a few weeks. Zofran is the best antinausea med and is used lot with chemo patients. Another to try is zantac, although I don't think it works any better than the ones you tried. It, however , interferes with birth control pills, so not for those who have to take them as a form of birth control.
Guest guest
Be careful of taking of Reglan or Compazine. My husband took compazine while taking chemo and though he had only taken about 90 capsuls he had what is called tardive disconesia (smacking of lips). No medical types were aware of the medical term, including me, but I asked about it on Chemo Board and a great gal told me what it was and gave me the link explaning it was a side effect of these drugs. Good Luck and God Bless Betty
Guest guest
I have used many cleansing herbs and find that Herbal Fiberblend is in no way worst than, Aloe or Casara Sagrada or Golden Seal to taste. I mix my Herbal Fiberblend with apple cider or juice, orange juice and Kombucha (doubles the healing). I have even mixed it in a fruit punch type drink. If you find these things still do not help, why not put your fiberblend in capsules. You will undoubtedly have to take many capsules but you won't taste anything. OK, still awaiting on answers to my question of the Dr. Beck Silver Pulser or e's Zapper. If you want information on Dr. Beck and his various machines there is information at www.SOTA.com Thanks >>>>>>>Herbal Fiberblend! Gross!!!!! I have 5 containers full and I am afraid I just can't stomach the stuff, not matter what I dilute it with. I have no experience with the Beck Pulser, but I see it like this: The zapper plus the parasite herbs (and the parasite programs) kills all parasites in a matter of weeks. So when it comes to killing parasites, the zapper does what it is supposed to do. But perhaps the Beck machine has other benefits, aside from killing parasites? If these benefits are what you are looking for, then the Silver Pulser would be a better choice, but not just for killing parasites. Best regards, Ulf ulftage@... Guest guest
Hey guys I am starting tomorrow and would like a coach. I am planning to take my pictures tomorrow (my mom will take them). I have 34% body fat. Which is down from 40% at the end of the semester last year. I hope to get to 10-12% My name is ka I am 5'6 " 225lbs. I am 20 years old and fence in the NCAA. I hope to become stronger, and look better by the end of the season. I have already dropped 20 lbs from last season. I have tried the program on and off for a month (that's how I lost the weight) and am now in the challenge and ready to give it my all starting tomorrow. I love the workouts and have rearranged my schedule so that I have time for them. I have filled out the forms on line already and am rearing to go. I still have a few questions though. Is it ok to use Twin Lab products? I like their Creatine drink, it tastes like gatorade only better for me! Is creatine good to use? Or should I be using something else? What supplements do you all recommend? I don't like the taste of Myoplex Lite Bars. I like Myoplex HP Honey peanut and Powerbar Peanutbutter varieties. I only eat half a bar of each of these when I eat them. Also fencing practice starts this week. It is usually 3 hours a day. How should I eat for these practices? Should I consume more because they are so long and tiring or should I just go with the 6 meals I am already eating? Does anyone have an recipes for bar like things I could make instead of buying all this crazy expensive stuff. Thanks in Advance for any answers, ERICKA
Guest guest
ka, There are several very good coaches in here. You could choose one (we should start a list to make this easier) or you could post your questions on here and get the benefit of everyone's knowledge. You can use anyone's products you like as long as you are seeing results from them. A lot of folks use creatine and get remarkable results from it. Just follow the directions on the label and check your progress to make sure it si working. As for the bars...if they are beyond your budget you don't really have to use them. The meal replacement bars and drinks are a substitute for real food when people don't have time to sit down to 6 meals a day. If you can find time to eat nutritious, whole food 6 times a day, then all the better for you. But if you price the food you are eating, is it really that much less than the $2 or $3 of a meal replacement? The best way to gauge how much you should eat is to start off by following the BFL plan. If your fencing practice leaves you starving and weak then I would add 50 or more calories to the meal you eat before to see if that helps. Tweak your eating plan accordingly until you feel you can make it through your practice without feeling weak. Keep us posted on your progress. You'll find a lot of motivation and wisdom here. ~LAURY

Guest guest
If all the coaches in this group send their names and email addresses, I will put it all together on a list and save it so when someone asks for a coach I will just send them the list. OK coaches? ~Laury

Guest guest
I spoke to Daly today and she asked me to let everyone on Senate know that we have started our campaign in Gloucestershire. I've given all the HV bases in my locality copies of last week's attachments and will ask a friend from the other Trust in the county to lobby her colleagues. We will keep writing and include the opposition health spokespeople as well - maybe the election will provide us with a publicity opportunity...? It does seem bizarre that a govt that appears to be pro-HV and mentioning us as prime movers and shapers in the new look NHS can allow us to be swept under the carpet. Guest guest
, I'm thrilled to hear about 's " Potty Progress " ! Hooray for both of you! It took forever to get the hang of going potty. He STILL pees in the dog's water bowl just about every morning. For months I thot he just didn't like the dog.... my ex pointed out that the water bowl is one receptacle he can easily reach while standing. One thing I've done that possibly may help .... I still keep a trainer potty in 's room. My apt is 2bdr/1bath, and if his sister or myself happens to be " sitting pretty " at least is not without a potty at his disposal. Wait till gets fascinated with different LOCATIONS to urinate (and for boys this apparently is some kind of thrill). I've watched, mortified, while my son " whipped out " at the speed of light and peed in the swimming pool (to a chorus of screams, giggles, and groans from the other residents/kids who are swimming at the time), he's peed in storm drains, on the sidewalk, into my decorative fountain on my back porch (he looks remarkably like part of a fountain in Italy somewhere), he's peed in the bathtub (well ok all kids do that), and just about everywhere else. He was nearly 5 and a half before he learned to contain his BM's to the potty. He's used the poor dog's bowl for that one a couple times, too. (I still think he just doesn't like the dog, btw). Fortunately he's FINALLY stopped pooping and smearing it any and everywhere. That was YEARS of nightmare! I don't know what worked, really, to get the message thru. I know his teacher was highly instrumental in helping him understand that the potty is the only acceptable place for BMs. Oh, and one more bittersweet thing about our kids mastering Potty: I'm never too busy to take if he says, " Go potty " when we're in public, but now he's developed a fascination for discovering what the bathroom looks like no matter where we go! It can be rather annoying when you're next in the check-out line at a crowded Wal-Mart, or in a hurry at the grocery store. Still it is a small price to pay, and I'm teaching his 8-year old sister to take him to the restroom and assist with getting his pants back on correctly. It helps out me out quite a bit, and makes her feel like a big girl. Anyway, three cheers for and keep up the good work!

Guest guest
is one smart cookie! Devious at times also. The Bipolar showing through. lol One time I did duct tape his hands, just to prove I could. He had it off in minutes. Strong teeth. I told him if I was serious I would duct tape his arms too and he would not get out so easy. If you ever watched that movie of Dennis the Menace, you would have a clue as to . He rarely means to get into trouble, it just turns out that way. But unlike Dennis, does go into rages. may outweigh him but he moves when gets mad. starts kicking with them feet like a jack hammer. I doubt too many kids are going to mess with him when he gets bigger. Few do now. Guest guest
the thing is... I went to their parent site...and found that they are producers of " premium fragrance oils " they don't really indicate whether all the things that they blend their patchouli with are eo's or fo's... but.... I am not comfortable buying from producers of BOTH... ***** Yeah, I noticed that after poking around for a while. I just got so excited at the thought of one shop selling nothing but rare aged patchoulis. <sigh> Jen
Guest guest
Hi everyone, Just wondering if it is important to take our LDN and hour earlier now with the daylight savings time in effect? I take mine faithfully at the same time everynight and really don't know if it matters that much. Also Terry I take what I consider a very low dose of LDN at 2 mg. but I don't really notice a difference I do get headaches in the sfternoon and never realized that may be the LDN. Now that I think about it I have a headache everyday for no reason, maybe stress, about 2-4 p.m. daily. Anyone else get afternoon headaches? I never associated it with the LDN until now. ;L. Guest guest
I have MS and take 4.5 MG every night at 9 PM. I have no side affects. Possibly the exception of some lingering leg stiffness. I suspect that that is part of the healing process. Also some people notice an increase in MS symptoms after starting LDN. I suspect that is also part of the healing process. Existing damaged nerves becoming inflamed is the bodies way of attracting maylen(sp) producing cells from other regions the body. Guest guest
Len, I hope the following answers your questions: I use 1-2 family size black tea bags (sometimes loose tea) and 5 regular green tea bags. I usually steep 7 days (it's too vinegary after that). I use about 3 quarts of water, the scooby, 1 1/3 cups white sugar, and the rest starter to make just under one gallon. I got the mother culture from Dr. Kasper and my culture is creamy white and 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Most of the sugar is gone at 7 days in hot Texas I have a lizard rock for cooler time---so the temperature stays pretty constant.
