Get low dose Naltrexone in the transdermal cream form instead of as capsules. This you the LDN gets into your body through your skin, not depending on the quality of your gut.

I have ms and chrones, when one has chrones they do not absorb properly what can i take to make sure the lkdn absorbs properly ? any advice would b e a great help Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
