Guest guest
I do not get flu shots either. However, I did get a pneumonia shot because of my leukemia and the fact that I've never heard of anyone dying from the flu. They always die from some complication. I've even discussed that with my Doctor's and they have reluctantly agreed. The one time that I've had the flu, about 4 years ago, I knocked it within 24 hrs with Sambucol, a black elderberry extract manufactured in Israel. These particular black elderberries grow only in one location in Europe as I understand it. I keep a bottle of Sambucol in the refrigerator all the time because it can be difficult to get at times.
