Guest guest
That's the question I've been asking the last few months, DOES DST MATTER? If it's Between 9PM and 3AM, that would be 10PM to 4AM during DST, so NOW that we're back to standard time, 9PM to 3AM is the proper time to take it. All those who've been taking it AT 9PM the last 6 months have actually been taking it at 8PM. The planet doesn't care where we set our watch, the planetary rotation is always on Standard time. ----- Original Message ----- From: Long low dose naltrexone Sent: Saturday, October 25, 2003 20:26 Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Digest Number 283 Hi everyone,Just wondering if it is important to take our LDN and hour earlier now withthe daylight savings time in effect? I take mine faithfully at the same timeeverynight and really don't know if it matters that much. Also Terry I take what I consider a very low dose of LDN at 2 mg. but Idon't really notice a difference I do get headaches in the sfternoon andnever realized that may be the LDN. Now that I think about it I have aheadache everyday for no reason, maybe stress, about 2-4 p.m. daily. Anyoneelse get afternoon headaches? I never associated it with the LDN until now.;L.
