supplements of some sort or other. For the two diseases which I am

pitted against, I take over 20 different supplements daily. Not one

has ever hurt me. Only what I got from traditional medicine has

ever hurt me. Supplements have, however, helped keep me out of the

woods for over nine years. I keep learning and refining, and, I

hope, improving. Now, we've always enjoyed the right to get

supplements at a health foods store or order them over the internet -

without thinking about it. But, many of us do not know that the

government would like very much to take over complete regulatory

control of our supplements. If this happens, every manufacturer

would be required to get approval from the FDA to market their

products. They would have to spend inordinate amounts of money to

get FDA approval - just like big pharma does. They woulds be

competing with big pharma. Many would go out of business as the

FDA looks at this cash cow waiting to be milked. The consequences

of this would be devastating. Even daily vitamins would be

regulated by the government. Under S. 722 the bureaucrats would have

the power to take any and all supplements off the market as they

wished. It would be a complete disaster for folks like us. We need

to speak as one voice against S. 722 and do what we can to defeat

it, just like we need to rise up against taxing the internet.

Here's what you can do . . . . and it won't take but a minute to do

it. Go to www.capwiz.com/nnfa/home/ and submit your request via

simple web form. Simply scroll down to where it says " Action Alert "

and click under " Support S. 1538 and Oppose S. 722. Follow the

prompts and send your message. Or, if you wish to compose your own

individual personalized message, you can go to www.senate.gov and

get the e-mail address of your two senators. Do this immediately.

Don't wait. Then, go to www.noemailtax.com and cast your vote in

support of S. 150 - The Internet Tax Non-Discrimination Act. This

will enable us to purchase our supplements over the Internet without

government taxation and/or interference. For those of you to whom

this is all old news, my apologies. Every voice counts, and now is
