Guest guest
The sooner LDN is started in diagnosis of fibromyalgia the better the odds are for remission. After 2 years of the dx, the harder it is for a remission. LDN takes away the a.m. pain and stiffness for me, and I have had it for approximately 20 years. It has worked very well for me after being on it for 6 months. It takes time, getting the dose right, the right filler,(I am getting methocellulose, not Lactose) and the willingness to stick with it. Also, I take it about 11 p.m. now intead of 9 p.m. I don't feel like I have been smashed by a semi-truck in the morning anymore. LDN works well for those with fibromyalgia. It is of utmost importance to get the deep sleep, and that may include taking a sleeping pill such as Restoril or using a small dose of Trazodone at night. It is during deep sleep that the body builds and repairs itself. mymisspriss
