Guest guest
Depends on what you have. for many with MS, chocolate is POISON. I never saw anyone touting chocolate with LDN. Chocolate/cocoa has triggered all my 'allergy'/food related MS exacerbations, too many before making the connection. Even while on LDN, chocolate gives me problems, I keep trying various scenarios. Never just kept eating it though to see if it would give me an attack, I stop when the SX get worse. I do believe DARK chocolate triggers vertigo, will have to try that again some day and see. That may be just my experience, but others seem to think chocolate and MS don't work well. http://www.digitalnaturopath.com/treat/T319569.html http://www.ziemszo.nl/welcome.htm http://www.digitalnaturopath.com/cond/C63825.html [low dose naltrexone] Chocolate I know I have seen the information that chocolate should be taken with LDN. I also have seen what kind of chocolate to take but, I can’t find the information. The only kind of chocolate I am a sucker for is fudge or chocolate chips and I know that is not what Dr. Bihari is talking about. If anyone has that information, I would appreciate having it again. Please send it to my personal e-mail ginnyb11@... Thank you very much. Ginny
