Guest guest Posted November 5, 2003 Report Share Posted November 5, 2003 It took mine 2 1/2 months to ease up but my filler was also lactose. It may not take as long with other fillers. Stretching is very important. If you have access to an indoor heated pool(not any warmer than 87 degrees) then go to the pool, it can really help to rid you of the stiffness.
