Guest guest
My advice as received from several doctors is to stay away from chlorine both in the shower and in a swimming pool and from drinking water. Since few of us may attach a filter to shower water, the recommendation is to limit your time in the shower, hard to do huh, because you are breathing in massive amounts of chlorine to your lungs. Drinking water is the easiest to control. Swimming pools can be outfitted with what the Europeans use, ozone machines instead of chlorine, much safer and makes a beautiful sparkling water. NO, it's not the same as the ozone in smog.
