Hi Sally,

You are allready aware that hidden anger via stress can be a heawy load on the immunesystem.

Your question: How to get this subconscious anger out of our system? is relatively easy to answer but unfortunately a little bit more difficult to do.

The most important thing is to become aware of if, that in itself goes a long way in stopping its negative effects. Write down your dreams especially the vivid ones, and when reading them, do remember that it is a part of you who has made them! After a generous number of dreams you will be able to see and understand your subconscious anger at work! Which means of course that it is now less subconscious. This process can go faster when you have someone in the same situation and mutually discuss the dreams, here a sense of humor is an asset - dreams are hilariuos when you start to understand them. The vivid dreams when you start taking LDN (or when you start taking it after pause) are valuable to write down.

Next comes the process of changing your attitude to the anger on a wery deep level, to welcome it through and through as a beautiful part of your strengh.

In case there are more questions you can call me via the telephone in Windows Messenger through the internet to kristian@... since the costs of ordinary telephone calls to Sweden may be prohibitive.

Regards

Kristian
