Guest guest
, I am going to stop being so afraid of the glutamate issue now that my little guy's methylation process seems to be working better. I will chase this down a little more and then probably add AKG and maybe some theanine, which I have here. What is the dosage of your AKG? Do you give a whole cap with each meal? You are at the top of my list of heroines.... No wonder your gd is doing so well :-) Anne > > Anne, > > It was theanine that I read about that is reported to block glutamate. It might be noteworthy that Pangborn says in his book that excessive glutamate reception is related to; subnormal methylation and unreliable energy sources. > > > The message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments: > Shortcut to: http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2001/oct2001_cover_theanine_01.html > > Note: To protect against computer viruses, e-mail programs may prevent sending or receiving certain types of file attachments.
