Welcome, I have been on LDN for 8 months and have not had any

flares, or any new symptoms in that time. I am SPMS and very happy

with what LDN has done for me. You didn't mention if you ar RRMS or

SPMS.......If you are rr, then you may have more improvements of

symptoms.

Good Luck

Sally

Hi Sally,

I wish you a lot of luck with the LDN. You are right everybody is

different. I have been on it for 6 months and feel pretty good. from the

first night I noticed that my right hand wasn't going numb at night. From

the first night, I was able to sleep. Before that I could not sleep at

night for very long. My spasms have eased up considerably. I have cut my

spasms medication in half. My balance is also much better. I use to fall

all the time and I haven't fallen since being on the LDN. I know that it

has stopped the progression of my disease. I am having an MRI in January

and I already know that there will be some big improvements. I am also on

the Dr. Roy Swank diet and a lot of vitamins. I also excercise and do water

therapy.

Every year I have my family over before Christmas for a party. I did that

last Sunday. i stood on my feet for three days cooking and cleaning. I

walk with two canes. Every year after the party, I am down for a day or two

because my feet, legs spine and back are in such pain. Not counting how

tired that I am. My husband can never figure out why I want to put myself

through that. He says that we should get it catered. I just feel that I

need to contribute this party to my family. This year i had 16 family

members over. I had so much food from appetizers to desserts. The next day

I was slightly tired but not in pain. I cleaned my house, did my laundry,

went grocery shopping, went to the pharmacy, went to the bank and went to

buy two gifts. then came home and made out bills and started supper. I was

totally different than any other year. It had to be the LDN, the diet and

the vitamins. I am still amazed at the way that I felt this year. Like I

say everything is getting better all the time. I am not going downhill

anymore. I wish you luck with the LDN. give it a chance and you will notice

some changes too.

Marie
