Guest guest
For the future, come up with an easy way to keep track of the last dose you took. Consider putting a sheet of paper on the fridge door with the dosing times on it and just move a magnet to the last dose given or something like that. S S
I am currently chelating my daughter with ALA and DMPS with the
frequent dosing strategy ( every 3 hours and 4 at night) For me I am
using DMPs only and trying to use it every 8 hours. Anyway, I cannot
remember for the life of me if I took my 12:00 dose. LOng story but my
daughters schedule called for a 11:00 dose and I wanted to dose again
with her later so I needed to wait until 12:00 so I could take the
later dose with her. Anyway, I cannot remember if I took the 12:00
dose. So what do I do now? SHould I stop this round for me ad try
again in a couple of days. My first dosing was on Friday at 3:15 so it
had not quite been 48 hours.

Thanks so much for your help!!
Interrupted sleep makes this a little more difficult I am thinking i
need to chelate while she is in an off period in the future.
_______________________________________________ Join Excite! - http://www.excite.com The most personalized portal on the Web! Guest guest
It's way beyond the 8 h point so I guess you made your decision long ago. It is best to stop the round when a dose is missed. I just wanted to tell you that I did this several times and continued to chelate. What I noticed was a bit more stiff and achy feelings. I set out all my pills in pill minder cases that I buy at the dollar store and mark the times on with tape (the tape keeps the compartments closed when in my pocket). It's easy to see when I miss a dose. I can't rely on my memory.
