Guest guest
, Anita, and Angie: Thank you guys for responding to my urgent post!!! In fact, my son has been feeling better after his nap, he ate and drank some, and has not vomited since 9 am (5 hrs ago)...however, he still seems weak and pale. I will probably not give him any more doses though, just to be on the safe side. I am just wondering, for any future rounds, besides giving him the low doses, what else can I do to help him tolerate it better? Could this be a good enough reason to perhaps try another chelator? We have been using DMSA for over a year off and on, with 8 hr dosing (I did not know any better at that time) but Evan would always get sick with it (not vomitting, but more cold like symptoms). It was discouraging enough for us to go on with the rounds...now with the 4 hrs dosing I though we would have an easier time.... I am supplementing him with milk thistle also, some GSE and Candidase for yeast, probiotic, and the basic minerals. Any other ideas for us? Also, what is the bottom line as far as stopping the rounds? I read some time ago from Cochran, I think, that fever and lethargy are warning signs and we should stop the round then.... any other thoughts? I really appreciate everyone's advice! Thanks again, and hope everyone else's round this weekend has gone better than ours!! It's not a good idea to push things, particularly in a situation where he may be deyhydrated. Anita > > > > Hi folks, > > can anyone give me a quick response to this one? Guest guest
Glad to hear he seems to be feeling better. Which metals are an issue for him? DMSA chelates lead and mercury, ALA chelates arsenic and mercury. ALA is available without a prescription. There's a supplement recommendation list: zinc, B vitamins, etc. S S , Anita, and Angie:

Thank you guys for responding to my urgent post!!!
