According to the LDN web site if one has continued insomnia, after about two weeks one should consider lowering their dosage. It is also said that one should take LDN between 9PM and 3AM. I suspect that is using standard time as a reference, not daylight time. For myself I also consider that living in Maine which is actually Atlantic time, not eastern time I need to take that into consideration. So here in Maine I need for best effect need to take my dose at 10PM or later in the winter, during daylight savings time 11 PM or later.
