All New to this -- Need advice

Hello,

We will be traveling next week to Connecticut to fit our daugher with a

DOC Band. We are from Northern Virginia. 's head is flat in the back

(her ears are also misaligned) from putting her on her back to sleep. I have

a few questions . . . .

1.) will be a year old the 22nd of this month -- are there older babies

out there that has success in the band?

2.) does not like ANYTHING on her head. (She doesn't even tolerate her

doll having a hat or hood on her head!) Has anyone been in a similar

situation and gotten their babies to keep it on?

3.) I haven't seen any babies with this band (or any other type of helmet,

etc.) around here -- anyone from NoVA that has gone through this?
