We started Nystatin today. We have not been using any sugars except honey. Should we take out honey as well? Should we be careful with fruits? We are not on any grains. (SCD)/GFCF We are taking Houston's AFP chewable (1), Zyme Prime chewable (1/2) and No-Fenol SCD (1) except lunch (2). We follow this regimen before eatting anything. We take Mag chlor, Natural Creations Tiny Tot Chewable Vitamin and their probiotic. Plans are to treat yeast first than work on supplements. Slowly add Zinc, Cod Liver Oil, Calcium/Magnesium and possibly Super Nu Thera. VERY SlOWlY.
