For pizza you would give 1 AFP Pep for the casein (protein) in the cheese

and the gluten in the crust of the pizza, 1 ZP for the lactose (sugar) in

the cheese and 1 No Fenol for the tomato and some of the spices (oregano) in

the sauce.

For my daughter, I would give a couple of ounces of rice milk " loaded " wit

the enzymes right before the meal.

For myself, I would swallow 3 caps 20 mins before the meal (need time for

the capsules to dissolve)

I might also give the chewables before the meal instead of capsules or drink

laced with it.

Because that meal is SOOOOO full of casein and gluten, I might give extra

AFP Pep.

administering enzymes

If a child were to eat pizza for instance, would you give him one AFP

Peptizide (for the cheese) and one No-Fenol (for the tomato) before he

eats?

We are GFCF and I still give all three. Zyme Prime would help with break down

of the carb in the crust as well as fat. So, my answer is all three with all

meals.

Wow! Pizza is a hard one. I think my son is only good for one

chewable prior to a meal! (Though haven't received them yet, so not

sure. Are they yucky?) I don't think he would take three. I was

fantasizing that if we went on a trip, he might be able to eat like

everyone else!

Chewables taste like Sweetarts if you ask me!! - But they do need a lot of

them for some meals.

No, they are not yucky. Definitely in the yummy category. As I said

earlier, if he will eat three Smarties, I bet he will eat three

chewables. So one is tangerine-flavored, one is more orange, one is

tutti-fruity? All the better. NP.
