Guest guest
Hi Amber, Not to complicate this anymore (my head is spinning and I thought that the EFA's were something I had a handle on) but if you are looking for a high EPA fish oil you might consider Carlson's as well. I've found that Carlson's Very Finest Fish Oil tastes great and it has 800 mg of EPA and 500 mg of DHA per 5 ml. I know you're in Canada where we sometimes pay outrageous prices for these kinds of things. I've found the best price for the Carlson's (and a few other generic kind of supps that I order) is from http://www.naturesfare.com/index.cfm You get free shipping for any order over $25.
