Which one is best for our sensitive kids? Ascorbyl Palmitate, which

I've heard is fat-soluble (never knew there was a fat-soluble Vit C,

always thought Vit C clears our system quickly) or Ascorbic Acid Vit

C, which is water soluble? Also, what amount of mg's are you giving

and how many times a day? Our dd still cannot process multi-vitamin's

properly without reactions (more hyperactive, poor behavior...these

things are a constant struggle with various things for our 8 yr old

dd). I believe it's caused by the B vit's or Vit E or both.

Any reactions to one Vit C or the other that families have noticed?

Currently, we're taking about 1000mg of Ascorbic Acid corn-free Vit C.

You can reply back to support group for others to read too, but I

would appreciate private reply as well so that I don't miss any

replies. Thanks.

Thank you for your thoughts,

Gretchen
