Guest guest
I won't give my kids corn syrup or chlorine, which as I understand it are the 2 ingredients in splenda. I have gotten massive headaches, inflammation and other very nasty side effects from splenda, so I'm not going to try and see what it does to my kids. I didn't realize that Kirkman's was using it - I assumed they wouldn't - when I got my products and saw it was in there I tried to return them all, but could only get them to take back a few. I have a lot of Kirkman's products with splenda here, most unopened, if anyone's interested Amy > > > > > > Hi Sheri, > > > Sorry, I don't have an answer for you as we're new to all this, > > but > > > instead a question... > > > > > > I'm about to implement the SCD in our family and am curious, are > > you > > > giving it just to your daughter or does the whole family follow > > it? > > > > > > What brand of chewable acidophilus are you giving her? Guest guest
> Am I the only person who has problems with Kirkman's use of Splenda? I feel the same way as you do. I tried several different supplements from kirkman and my kids couldn't tolerate them. > I have emailed Kirkman Lab about their use of Splenda in their products but > they didn't respond back, and this has created a distrust in me about their > other products which is really sad because they are the most extensive > supplier of autism related supplements. > Why not use Stevia instead? I also emailed them asking if they had a similar sup but without the splenda and other artificial flavorings. I didn't get any response. I was very disapointed and won't buy from them again.
