Guest guest
Also, what do you people suggest on the toothpaste front? My DS dentist said we needed to move to a Fluoride based toothpaste as he is three. . . . What is the consensus on this front? Hi My son had a major regression last year straight after his annual dental check-up which included a fluoride treatment. Apparently, if swallowed, fluoride interferes with other minerals especially zinc, which most ASD kids have issues with anyway. (When I told my dentist about it, he was horrified - he had never heard of such a thing.) My NT daughter uses a fluoride-free toothpaste and my sons use plain water. My sons (6 and 3) have great teeth. Good luck
Guest guest
Kirkman has a great toothpaste specially formulated for our kids. My son loves it, I use it too. I apologize but i can't locate the name...if someone could post again I would be so grateful. Also, what do you people suggest on the toothpaste front? My DS dentist said we needed to move to a Fluoride based toothpaste as he is three. We use the Tom's of Maine Natural toothpaste but it does still have Fluoride. Should we stop this? What is the consensus on this front? Thank you so much! --------------------------------- How low will we go? Check out Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates.
