Guest guest
Hello, Thanks a million for all the responses.I felt like I wasn't alone dealing with these strange bumps on my son. By 10:00 yesterday morning they turned into a rash with lots of fluid and I took him to the dermatologist. It took him 2 seconds to see it was poison oak. He was in poison oak 2 weeks ago and must have broke out from touching his shoes this week. The Derm. Said the resin is on clothes and shoes until they are washed and that is why there was the delay. My homeopath recommended oatmeal cool baths and rhuf tox remedy (from Whole Foods). We are helping him with the 'itch' with the pink lotion and he is improving. The Derm prescribed a 'fire extinguisher' to kick start the healing of the oozing ones. We are thrilled that it isn't contagious and he can enjoy all the parties that start today for Halloween! Thanks again- Christy
