Guest guest
Hi all, maybe am immaginig things.I have a 4yr old son who is autistic although he is doing well. Now i have a baby who is 9months old and sometimes i do get frightened about her.she looked exactly like my son when she was born.because of my son,i had to space her immunization schedule more than required.i feel she is small for her age, weighs 8kg although she is a fussy eater and throws up quite a lot after feeds.she does not tolerate mashed food so i had to be blending her food into a puree. She does not like baby milk so still on breast milk. She is about to walk but sometimes when she stands up,i feel that her toes are curled inwards and i try to strenghten them. She had a high fever last week with raised white blood cell count and her doctor prescribed an antibiotic.I and my husband had to give her probiotic to be on the safe side We live in Nigeria and autism biomedics is not common and most doctors here do not understand them nor the protocols. what should i do? should i give candex which my son is on? Is there a particular test i can do to detect things earlier ? Should i wait or am I imaging them Please do hope for speedy responce. rgds Doris --------------------------------- Get amazing travel prices for air and hotel in one click on FareChase
