Dehydrated whole foods are way better than just " fortifying " a food, IMO. I love that these are soy-free, too. Hard to find any kind of protein bar that is soy free. How do they taste? Raw honey is an excellent source of micronutrients. I haven't tried one, but my son and my nephew (also a picky eater) both like them. They do need to be refrigerated but not constantly (fine for carrying along somewhere.)
