Guest guest Posted December 22, 2008 Report Share Posted December 22, 2008 My 19 yr old (20 in January) got his driver's license today!! Yes, I'm still concerned about his driving. He tries to take some turns too fast (not slowing down enough) and I correct him, or goes a little too far before beginning turning. But some he takes just perfect. And I worry about possible new " situations " happening and his having to make decisions. Luckily where we live there are some low-traffic, rural type roads that he'll be driving 10 miles to get to college classes when they start back up next month. And since I work across the street from college, I did say we might still take 1 car (like we've been doing) if bad weather/roads, etc. But I'm soooooo proud of him today!! single mom, 3 sons , 19, with OCD, dysgraphia and HFA/Aspergers PS - and boy did my car insurance shoot up in $$$ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
