This YouTube presentation is to encourage families to advocate for

change in their State for public school services. Unfortunately,

there are states that deny services to Special Need families and even

use the legal system to completely shut-down any further help to these

families. This includes all Special Need families with Autism, Down

Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, PDD-NOS, OHI, Bi-

polar and others.
