19 year old diagnosed with aspergers

My son who is 19 has just been diagnosed with aspergers.He graduated

from High School. I am looking for programs that attend kids that will

prepare him for life. I live in Central America. I would be willing to

send him to another country.Any ideas? I also need literature for young

adults with aspergers
