Need Pittsburgh-South Hills Pediatrician Recommendation

Hi everyone

Sorry for the geographic specific request, but I need some help. My

8yo son appears to be heading into early puberty. We moved here when

our son was 4 and so we have not had opportunity to develop a close

relationship with a local doctor since he is rarely sick. The doc we

have been using is not a pediatrician but a family practice

professional. While competent, when made aware of his AS diagnosis, it

was brushed off.

Well now we are in critical need of an pediatrician with familiarity

with AS to develop a relationship with. We need someone we can

consult with and who is interested in ensuring we are medically

providing our son the support he needs.

I realize that a doctor is a very personal choice, but as a relative

newcomer to this area with a diagnosis less than a year old, I need

some guidance. Would appreciate any leads any South Hills of

Pittsburgh parents might have.
