Guest guest
My sister gave my son a " perfect foods bar " to try and he liked it. It has an impressive amount of protein -- 18 grams per 7 oz br -- but it's also quite expensive -- over $2/bar. My sister likes it because it has all this vegetable matter in it, but I can't help but wonder if sticking spinach powder etc. in a food really has much nutritional value? What do you think? Here's the URL: http://store.perfectfoodsresearch.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=BARSPB I'm trying to decide if it's worth the money or if I should find another protein bar that's more reasonably priced. We're finding it harder and harder to get any protein into him. Willa
