Guest guest
The schools pay for parents not just teachers to go to these seminars too. My husband and I went to everyone we could to learn more about Aspergers. Some they even encourage your child to go too, if they are older and want to. Sometimes they have guest speakers that have Aspergers and their stories are always interesting and you can really relate to what they are saying about their lives. The schools are supposed to alert you to any up and coming seminars so you can go, you can also get on a mailing list at the seminors and then you will be sent information on them at your home. Ask the principle or special ed teacher. If they don't know they need to find out for you. pj
