Guest guest
You know, all .... As I was just downstairs, taking a break from the computer and from the "support group" that I thought would give me support, strength, and answers as I am taking this journey thru life with my youngest child, I had an interesting thought as I reflected over 's posts, several of you all's responses, and my heated retort ... I was able to step back, look at the whole picture, and had the following awareness ..... You know how we all become mama "she bears" when it comes to our children and standing up for them, what we believe in, and try to get all that is deserved of them, because of their "differences", i.e. diagnoses ... And we fight tooth & nail for them and their "difference" YET ..................... when someone comes into your group and has a "difference" to express, or who may not overtly agree with you and/or your response, that person suddenly becomes ostrasized (snc) for their "different" belief. Funny how that's such a double standard. Sincerely, Jo Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now.
