The student is to have a modified curriculum in an inclusion setting. I would really wonder if this was necessary for HFA/AS. This would mean the student is going to get a watered down curriculum because it is all he/she can handle with his/her disabilities. Fine if that is really the case, not fine if the school district just doesn't want to figure out how to provide an appropriate education.
