Petra,

Where can I get information on this group? Is there a program in Union County? I would appreciate your help.

Thanks,

Luz

A few weeks ago we hired a student to help our son with organizing his schoolwork. We hired this student through a temp agency sepcializing in care for autism. Anyway, she is finishing her bachelors this year and cointinue with her masters. Her brother has the same dx as our son, Asperger, we could not have found a better fit. Her brother went to this program called PEP. It has helped him a lot, getting organized, prioritize, even his handwriting has improved. We are considering having our son follow the program, it is a 10 weeks program. I would like to hear if anyone is familair with this program and what they think.I am excited because I think this could really help him. Thanks,Petra

Hi Luz,

if you google on Perceptual Enrichment Program, you will get a lot of sites. I

am looking into this because it makes a lot of sense to me. The lady that helps

our son tells me that her brother did make a lot of progress in the planning

area. Also his handwriting became " readable " lol...

I hope you find something in your area.
