My district had provided support for the last 2 years, but I received a letter from my case manager stating that a new change prohibits the district from using public funds for this type of support. They changed his IEP for next year and stated that "the parent would provide the support for after school activities." Does anyone have any ideas on this? Your help is greatly appreciated.
