Your indiscretions are too small to be concerned. At least you're not binging on sweets or having alcohol or donuts on the weekend. I knew a guy in my Candida Support Group who craved donuts. But the problem was his eyes became totally red and inflamed whenever he had one. They were like beacons advertising his indiscretion so he couldn't hide it from anyone. lol!
