Guest guest
I must have missed the question about your lunch. Guest guest
I make salad dressing with coconut oil. It is rather stiff (like cream cheese) when stored in the fridge, but it softens nicely at room temp on my salad. Guest guest
I put it in my Kefir smoothies which I take to work every day. zoe > > For those of you who take your lunch to work (I am a home health therapist > and eat in my car most of the time, so I am unable to heat anything) - how > do you get coconut oil into your lunch meal? > > Theresa > > >
Guest guest
Thanks for your lunch suggestions, both sound doable. But how do you make coconut salad dressing or a kefir smoothie with coconut in it? Theresa
Guest guest
Theresa: Put it on sandwiches instead of butter. I send my husband to work everyday with Ritz crackers loaded with VCO as well. Guest guest
Here in the Philippines Virgin Coconut Oil is usually in liquid form so we drink it by the spoonful. If it is frozen, just scoop and eat it before or after your lunch. A good quality VCO is tasty. Guest guest
For the smoothie, melt the VCO and add to the blender while it is still running. Works a charm. zoe > > Thanks for your lunch suggestions, both sound doable. Guest guest
Hi Shalom: I don't eat Ritz either but my husband wants them in his lunch and won't listen to me, about if they're good for him or not. He doesn't care. Guest guest
Ritz made with Organic Flour. Ingredients: Organic Wheat Flour, Expeller-pressed Oleic Safflower Oil, Organic Evaporated Cane Sugar, Organic Brown Rice Syrup, Palm Oil, Leavening (Monocalcium Phosphate, Baking Soda), Sea Salt. Now all you have to do is to find them. ;o) Debbie Re: Lunch > Hi Shalom: > > I don't eat Ritz either but my husband wants them in his lunch and won't > listen to me, about if they're good for him or not. Guest guest
I'd hate to make a list of all the stuff my husband eats that I wish he wouldn't. And sometimes, his preferences trump mine, so there remain some things in my diet that wouldn't be there if I had only myself to consider. sol Bonnie Cole wrote: > I don't eat Ritz either but my husband wants them in his lunch and won't listen to me, about if they're good for him or not. Guest guest
I would ask the teacher how would she like her lunch served cold. No matter what he does he should be able to eat his lunch. Maybe he needs some nourishment to help him work. These people have no idea how to treat our kids, they treat them like they are brats. I'm glad I'm not putting my child through this torture any longer, no one is going to care about your child like you do, or treat them as good as their own child, keep them safe, home school them. Guest guest
I was looking at the Blood Type Encyclopedia. They show neutral only for non-secretors.
